On Tuesday afternoon, organizers of the Black Lives Matter march screamed at white reporters to adhere to a scheme of racial segregation.
“White media get to the back! Black media come to the front!” shouted an organizer with a bullhorn.
The organizer, annoyed that people weren’t immediately adhering to her instructions, began hectoring white journalists who hadn’t complied.
Protestors gathered along Whyte Avenue Saturday to march against what activists describe as “the most evil corporation” – Monsanto.
It’s the second time in 2014 that protest organizer David Laing, 30, has rallied against Monsanto, and the company’s use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Activists gathered in May this year as part of the international march against Monsanto, which saw events held in in 52 countries, and in over 400 cities.
A Ferguson business owner is calling the protestors who descend on his city at night “terrorists” and says Homeland Security should be called in.
The anonymous caller to the Charlie Brennan show, who KMOX confirmed is a Ferguson small business owner, says the daytime protestors are fine, but that changes when the outsiders, including elected officials from outside Ferguson, arrive after dark.
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Dom Giordano talked to Joe Bastardi, from Weatherbell Analytics, on Talk Radio 1210 WPHT to discuss the People’s Climate March in New York City.
Bastardi said that people are not causing climate change and expects scientific data to eventually back that up.
Some were jailed, but not due to any violence or looting so far on Monday. But, you could feel the tension in the air as protestors literally got right in the face of police.
For the second day in a row here, it began as a peaceful demonstration. But, there is clear disagreement, even among demonstrators, about the rioting and looting that happened Sunday night.
