American and British spy agencies have tried to intercept data from passengers’ mobile phones on commercial airlines including Air France, media reports say, citing documents from US whistleblower Edward Snowden.
The French flag-carrier was an early target of the US National Security Agency and its British counterpart GCHQ as it was seen as a terrorist mark and it carried out tests in 2007 on allowing the use of mobile phones on its aircraft.

He will fill one of two deputy commander posts of the 1st (United Kingdom) Division, helping to advise and train troops in the UK and abroad.
Monsanto has been found guilty in the poisoning of a French farmer in their recent appeals case. The Lyon, France, courts upheld a 2012 ruling which found Monsanto “responsible” for the poisoning which caused the farmer to suffer neurological problems after using their Lasso weedkiller.
Though Monsanto believes that they will one day win the case on appeal, for now farmers and advocates celebrate.
